turkey for you and turkey for me

On Saturday, I bought a turkey. Not for Thanksgiving, just for eating. Because.
On what was to be a relaxing Sunday, we were inspired to cook the turkey. We may have gotten carried away.
Grey boned out the whole bird and we began to prepare:

Smoked turkey breast anyone?

an impromptu turkey and apple pate- which was obscenely good, by the way

And with the boned-out thighs, Grey stuffed them with Cotija (yummy Mexican cheese) and baked them with the mole negro that we made last week.

And then after all that, at 1pm, I decided to bake some bread. Because after all, what is leftover turkey without a sandwich.




Can Grey stop by and bone a couple of Turkeys here ?
Can we have the recipe for mole puhleaaasseee!!!!
Can you ship the smoked turkey? You’re seriously killing me, not nice.
