hot chocolate

I was in this culinary supply store last week and found what appears to be a perfect marriage of tastes that I love. I have read about chocolate and chiles…even seen similar bars mentioned in food magazines, but had not yet tried this blissful (and possibly blistering) concoction.

It was bitter, deep, sweet, tannic, biting, slightly scorching. The absolutely perfect foil to a fall day with the first kiss of stinging cold.




Kind of reminds of the marriage of two tastes which I love- blueberry muffins and garlic butter!
ugh…I just ate my breakfast! When is that baby coming?
